I'm Peter, the coach behind Vytalis. My background spans strength and conditioning, sport psychology, and human performance, shaped significantly by my time as a United States Marine Corps veteran, where I first discovered how deeply the mind drives physical output.

That experience planted a seed. I hold a Masters in Exercise Science & Human Performance, specializing in Sport, Exercise & Performance Psychology. What started as a fascination has become the foundation of how I coach.

My philosophy isn't about hacking performance or chasing short-term results. I believe real, lasting change comes from identity, agency, and self-awareness, the ability to not just recognize what's holding you back, but to act on it. Every person I work with brings a unique set of capabilities, limitations, and experiences, and that's exactly where I start.

I integrate my personal training with mental performance work because I don't think the two were ever meant to be separate. The goal is to help you become a more deliberate, self-aware, and capable version of yourself, in training and beyond it.

What Vytalis means

"Vytalis comes from the Latin Vitalis, meaning vital. Not vital as in intense or extreme, but vital as in essential. What sustains you. What drives you forward.

We believe training is about more than physical output. It's about developing the qualities that carry over into everything else; clarity, resilience, energy, and a genuine commitment to growth. Vytalis is for people who take that seriously, without needing to perform it."
